Where the answers come from
Only from your materials. If something isn't in there, the bot doesn't have the answer, and that's on purpose.
Before the bot goes live, we put its materials together. Your site pages. One Q&A list we write with you, from the questions that come in most often over WhatsApp or the phone. And if you have a list of services or products, the catalog is read straight from the database rather than copied into text. All of that gets cut into small pieces and stored, so every question can be matched against the most relevant piece.
When a visitor asks something, the bot looks for pieces similar to the question and builds an answer from those pieces only. If nothing is similar enough, it doesn't guess from general knowledge. It says it doesn't have that information yet and offers to put them in touch with you. That's what makes the answers trustworthy: every sentence can be traced back to the material it came from.
For prices, we deliberately don't copy numbers into the material. The bot reads the same catalog as the Services page. When a price changes in the catalog, the answer changes with it, there's no second version that could contradict the first. Try it yourself: ask the bot on this site for the core package price, then compare it with the Services page.
